A Special BBQ

For those of you who have been before, one of the highlights of our Walk Andalucia holidays is the BBQ at Dave & Gill's cortijo. Gill is a fabulous cook and we can promise you a delightful evening with lots of lovely food, wine and brilliant company. Here is Gill's recipe for Berejenas con cana de miel (aubergines with honey).

Comments from a Solo Traveller

Walk Andalucia offers a great experience for solo travellers. I got to mix with a diverse group of interesting and entertaining people and the atmosphere was very friendly, relaxed and inclusive
- and thankfully with none of the enforced jollity you sometimes get on activity holidays!
The evening meals taken as a group were also great fun - plenty of wine, delicious food and great company. The accommodation was also good - I had my own room, bathroom and little kitchen area - and the single supplement was just £25 - a bargain compared to many other walking tour operators.
