Exclusively through Walk Andalucía, your hosts, Arthur and Christopher, will explain how each dish is prepared and give you the opportunity to assist in the cooking of the paella. Guests enjoy a traditional Andalucia luncheon served on a private terrace overlooking the countryside, village and sea.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a small number of guests eager to share in the food, wine, and culture of one of Spain's most diverse and vibrant regions of Andalucía.

Your traditional luncheon includes:

Paella Hands-on Preparation and Demonstration
We will dispel some Paella myths and actually you will have the opportunity to participate and assist with making this signature dish.

Secret to Great Sangria
Brandy infused fresh fruit, mixed with red or white wine with a sparkling surprise!

Sopa de Ajo Blanco
Most people think of Gazpacho when they think of Andalucía, however, few know about this little gem that is so easy to make, yet makes huge impressions with your guests.

Ensalada Mixta
Guaranteed NOT to have corn! Mixture of seasonal Mediterranean vegetables and leafy greens and cheese tossed with a olive oil vinaigrette.

Flan or Tocino del Cielo
Traditional home-made custard dessert.

All courses are prepared fresh and in a traditional manner and include wine and gratuities.
